1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Since our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.
2. Hong Kong Delivery (Local)
We use SF Express for all local deliveries. You may choose delivery to a residential address, business address, SF Business Station, or SF Locker.
* Standard Shipping: HK$30 (For orders under HK$600)
* Free Shipping: Complimentary for orders of HK$600 or above.
* Estimated Transit Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Remote Area Surcharges:
For deliveries to locations classified as “Remote Areas” or “Special Warehousing Residential Areas” by SF Express
(e.g., Sai Kung, outlying islands, or certain village houses etc.), a surcharge may be applied.
* Payment: This fee is not included in your checkout total and will be collected by the courier in cash upon delivery.
* Check Your Area: Please refer to the Official SF Express Website for the latest surcharge rates.
3. International Shipping

Note on Weight Limits: The rates above apply to parcels up to 1kg. For orders exceeding this weight, additional shipping fees may apply. We will contact you via email to settle the difference before dispatch.
4. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
Please be aware that international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
* Customer Responsibility: You are liable for any import duties, customs taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees levied by your destination country. These are collected by the local courier/customs office, not by Olf-lab.
* Delays: Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery estimates. We have no control over these processes.
5. Undeliverable / Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, unclaimed packages, or failure to pay import duties, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. No refunds will be issued for the original shipping cost.
* Weather Delays:
For the safety of our couriers, delivery services in Hong Kong will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or higher) or the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted. Deliveries will resume once warnings are lowered, but slight delays may occur.
* Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
Olf-lab reserves the right to amend the shipping policy and make the final decision in case of any disputes.
